AGRANA Competency Wheel

Explaining AGRANA's culture is best done by the "Competency Wheel". This is supporing us to grow as a company, to stay competitive on the market and to foster changes whereever it is important for us.

Besides functional and social qualification, AGRANA also expects its employees to focus on the three business principles:
